In order to ensure that all manufacturers have ample opportunity to gain global recognition for their outstanding projects and individual leaders, the deadline for submitting nominations for 2018 Manufacturing Leadership Awards has been extended to January 18.

“This is a busy time of year for everyone, so we wanted to provide a bit more time for manufacturers and their partners to finalize and submit nominations,” said David R. Brousell, Co-Founder, Vice President and Executive Director of the Manufacturing Leadership Council which sponsors the ML Awards. “Winning a ML Award is such a great opportunity to reward manufacturing teams and leaders that we wanted to give manufacturers extra time to get involved in the program.”

The Manufacturing Leadership Awards, now in their 15th year, honor manufacturing companies and individual manufacturing leaders that are shaping the future of global manufacturing. Manufacturing Leadership Awards judges are looking for projects and individual manufacturing leaders that have demonstrated achievement across a wide variety of domains including sustainability, operational excellence, innovation, supply chain management, analytics and IoT deployment, and others. Individual ML Award categories honor established manufacturing leaders as well as emerging next-generation leaders.
