In a major revision, the MLC’s Board of Governors has approved a new Value Framework for the Council’s Manufacturing 4.0 Critical Issues agenda, which serves as MLC’s strategic plan for the coming year and informs most elements of MLC’s product portfolio. The revision, which was undertaken at the Council’s recommendation in June when members met at Rethink to discuss the CI agenda for the coming year, is designed to take the CIs to the next dimension of value as well as better articulate the CI’s overall value proposition.
The call on September 14 will introduce the new Framework to members, explain a new set of Enablers and Value Drivers that underpin the Framework, and allow Council members to engage in a dialogue with Board members on the concepts that make up the new agenda.
